These Final Instructions were created so that you can quickly and easily find information you are looking for. Please take few minutes to review each section, taking special note of the last section on COVID-19 – and important information on how we can work together to prevent its spread.

Volunteer Final Instructions
Expo in the Gaslamp
Friday, March 13: 2 pm – 8 pm (please note new, extended hours)
Saturday, March 14: 9 am – 6 pm (please note new, extended hours)
Sunday, March 15: 7 am – 10 am (new shift)
Please note the new, extended hours which will help keep the attendance to 250 people or less at any given time. We will also be monitoring how many people enter and exit Race Packet Pick-Up to make sure we comply with the Governor’s directive.
6th & K Parkade
After your shift, a “chaser-ticket” will be given to you by your volunteer leader. At the automatic gate, simply feed the chaser ticket after you feed your pull ticket and it will cover the cost of parking.

What to Wear
Dress warmly in layers as the weather is expected to be cloudy, ranging between 53-65ºF both Saturday and Sunday. We recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt under the Race Crew t-shirt you’ll receive at Volunteer Check-In.

Please be on time to your respective area of service. We are counting on your presence.
